Project 3: Development Proposal

 

 

Introduction

“Trying to manage a project without project management is like trying to play a football game without a game plan”. K. Tate.

 

 

Objectives  

1. To enable students to develop an understanding of the building team, its organization, duties and inter-relations.

2. To develop an awareness of their professional responsibilities and to appreciate their profession in the construction               industry.

 

Learning Outcomes

1. Explain the need to coordinate and develop an understanding of coherent working relations among
    various industry players and to improve the communication channels.
2. Ability to document their observations and understanding from interview session and research
    resources as well as to communicate their findings in a systematic and convincing presentation and reports.
3. Ability to justify the feasibility of a development and improve the proposal to serve the purpose of
    the development.

 

 

In this project , we need to form a group with 2 person . My patner was JiaSan.

We also needed found a empty land to continue our project.

After doing the site visit for the empty land , we had started planning a proposal for the empty land.

Beside that , we also need to list out which profesion will participate in this construction .

After this project , I had more understand about construction industry.
