By this week, I should show my lecture all literature findings related to my theme and concept and places of interest .I decided to do research on theme Religious Places in Kuala Lumpur. Below are the 5 places I been choosen for my investigate :
1.Thean Hou Temple
2.Guan Ti Temple
3.Chan See Shu Yuan Temple
4.Sin Sze Si Ya Temple
5.Guan Yin Temple
Reflection: After this investigate , I realised that Chinese Temple Believe In Feng Shui , no matter the temple location or design , all elements include Feng Shui . Every elements have their own meanings ,like example for Guan Di Temple ,the dragon on arch infront of the gate means wealth.

I had already start going to the places I interest and start taking photo .I also had upload all the photos to Google drive .
Beside that , I had choose 1 more religious places for my investigate ,Ampang Nine Emperor Temple .
In my investigate , I will focus on Chinese Cultural & Feng-Shui .
Tian Hou Temple
Waterfalls
Water is one of the Feng-Shui Harmony.
Moving water symbolizes wealth flowing to you . Beside that another meaning for Waterfalls is number of visitor visit the temple always "non-stop".
Bamboo Staircase
Bamboo plays an important role as a living example of the feng shui elements of water, wood and earth. Feng shui principles claim that bamboo attracts auspicious chi energy.
Statue on Rooftop
There are 5 statue on the rooftop ,the first statue is Ming-Wang ,behind him is dragon ,pheonix ,suanni and lion .
This statue can turn ill luck into good , it also stand for justice.
Guan Di Temple
QiLin
Qi Lin is an auspicious and kind monster.In Feng-Shui elements ,Qi LIn can bring safety and wealthy to us.Qi Lin also can exorcise evil spirits.
Decoration of QiLin
This is a places for burning symbolic papers. Under it have a deco about QiLin bring wealth to civilians. Qi Lin was 4 type animal in one , include dragon head ,fish scale ,horse hoof and pheonix tail.
Chan See Shi Yuan Temple
Rooftop Beam
-On the beam have a Ba-Gua Zhen . Ba-Gua Zhen bring a lot of benifits to civilians, careerism , may turn bad luck into goodluck and bring marriage to civilians too.
Men-Fu
Men-Fu is a God Monsters. Cause it looks fierce and sacry ,so civilians pair it on door for safety .Some to others it also can turn ill luck to good lucks too.Men-Fu mades by copper , so when you knock it ,you may heared crisp copper sound.
Gable-Woods
The 5 elements(Water ,Woods, Metal ,Earth & Fire)of fengshui symbolically sculpted on the ends of gable ends are found in temples.This temple had been used Woods elements for their roof gable.Woods element helps to develop creative energies such as inspiration, motivation and passion.
Ampang Nine Emperor Temple
Dragon Sculpture
Dragon in ancient city, means that power as Emperor .Now in days , people belive dragon can improve their business performances and hope their busniess can go smooth .
Pagoda
Pagoda is chinese Feng-Shui is the most powerful elements.Pagonda can bring safety to civilians ,exam if have any monsters or ghost come and destroy temple pagonda can stop them.
Qi Lin Statue
As you can see this Qi lIn is different with others . This is the most traditional Qi Lin Statue. In ancient city, civilians taught Qi Lin as Good Monsters God cause it is kind and it will protect its master as well , so ancient people it can bring many luck to people.
Jia-Yu Sculpture
Jia-Yu is a collabration about fish and monster . They say Jia-Yu can stop disaster . It is auspicious .
Guan Yin Temple
The Buddha
As you can see ,on the arch there have a Buddha mural . Thay say if the buddha smile happy means the world will peaceful always .
Sin Sze Si Ya Temple
Song He
Song he is same like gorges. Song He means that long-lived and healthy.Normally, children will give Song He items as present to their parents and hope them can stay health and long lived.

Reflection : After this project , I had learn more regarding chinese Feng-Shui culture on ancient buildings. Morover ,after this assignment I able to describe the historical development of human civilization ,and could demonstrate good documentation and presentation skills . Beside that , I also able to recall the development of eastern and wetern human civilazations in the past as well as present.
